Shiratori is an individual who serves as the primary caregiver at White Swan, a youth facility. She has been friends with Azusa Fuytsuki for some time. One day, while working at the facility, Shiratori encountered Onizuka when he first returned to Shonan. During this encounter, she caught Miki stealing and subsequently asked Onizuka for assistance in managing the home's affairs.
