Shin-chan is the main character of a popular anime series. He's a young boy who loves Chocobis and an animated superhero named "Action Kamen." Despite his age, he has a strong attraction to older girls and women, which often leads him to pursue any girl that catches his eye. This behavior is shared with both his father and paternal grandfather, but it frequently results in punishment from Moms. The only girl Shin-chan seems to genuinely care for is Nanako, a college student. Shin-chan's actions are often brutally honest, highly curious, and devoid of shame. However, there have been instances where his antics have actually helped solve problems for those around him. He also possesses surprising talent in various activities such as kendo. While he is known to be selfless at times, these moments are often short-lived and followed by actions that negate the positive impact of his behavior. During a trip to Australia, Shin-chan displayed maturity beyond his usual self when he noticed Kazama's sadness on the beach and arranged for Kazamas father to play ball with him.
