Gatchaman, The Eagle, 大鷲のケン・ガッチャマン

Ken is a character in "The Gatchaman" who plays the role of the showman-a super spy, martial artist, and ninja known for being quick-witted, charismatic, and daring. Despite his good looks, he's not afraid to take risks and often puts himself in harm's way. Ken struggles with romance, either coming across as too pushy or completely oblivious to the girls' feelings. He may do this because he believes that a romantic relationship could interfere with his duties or simply because he is dense. Ken enjoys flying alone and testing new aircraft, often spending most of his social time at Snack Jun, accumulating debt without paying it off. His goals are admirable-to maintain peace in the world-though for a brief period, he seeks revenge for his father's death. As the series progresses, Ken must bear the weight of leadership, especially during the climax when events reach their peak intensity.
