In Part VII Steel Ball Run, there is a minor antagonist named Andre Boom Boom who belongs to the Boom Boom Family. He appears as an early twenties boy with distinctive freckles on his face. Andre possesses unique abilities such as flattening his nostrils and fitting his entire ear into his ear hole. Although he exhibits some level of insanity like other family members, Andre demonstrates a slightly higher degree of intelligence compared to his younger brother.
