In Steel Ball Run, Hot Pants first appears at the conclusion of the third stage. Prior to encountering Ringo Roadagain, "he" crosses paths with Gyro and Johnny. Following their battle, it is disclosed that Hot Pants is actually a female character. Her stand, known as Cream Starter, possesses the ability to transform flesh into foam and relocate any absorbed matter. Additionally, this stand can mend injuries in a similar manner.
