Dangerous Lion of Shinshinkai, Seicho Katou, 加藤 清澄

A student from Doppo Orochi who was highly skilled left the dojo due to dissatisfaction with its training methods. He then traveled globally before returning to Japan after discovering underground fighting tournaments. Katsu's demeanor can be described as arrogant, but he often jokes around with Doppo, Katsumi, Tokugawa, and Baki. Despite this, it is evident that he deeply respects and cares for Doppo.
