Ichiro Yamanaka was a student who sought the help of Sket Dan in order to determine why his girlfriend had abruptly ended their relationship. It was discovered that he had convinced himself mentally that his girlfriend Namiko was actually her deceased twin sister Nanako, whom he had been dating since middle school. After being confronted about this, Ichiro properly said goodbye to Nanako and decided to move forward with his life. Prior to this, he attended Kishida Middle School and played baseball. Despite having a serious demeanor, Ichiro was an introverted individual.
