She's an idol who competes against Ryo in pursuit of her dream. Despite being extremely talented, it was later discovered that she cheated her way to the top by giving other contestants candy that harmed their vocal chords or sabotaging their stages. After Ryo convinced her to stop, she revealed her true desire: to appear as a guest on Takedas show "Old Whistle". Yumeko is also known for being a tsundere character, despite frequently hanging out with Ryo to discuss their upcoming auditions.
