The 12th generation member of AKB48 who goes by the name Hiroko is a big fan of the idol group, particularly one of its lead members, Atsuko Maeda. She gets very defensive when anyone criticizes Maeda and has passed the Kenkyuusei audition due to her outspokenness in defense of Maeda during an interview with Minoru, who was asked about his favorite member of AKB48. Despite not being a fan of sports, Hiroko participates in the dance trainings required of all Kenkyuusei members and often injures herself as a result. However, she is also very hardworking and frequently stays back after practice sessions to continue dancing with Minoru.
