The main antagonist of Volume 11 has contrasting characteristics compared to both Shokuhou Misakis situation and character. Mitsuari Ayu is described as having long, wavy, chocolate-colored hair that resembles cotton candy. She possesses smaller breasts than Shokuhou Misaki but boasts more beautiful legs. Her attire consists of a special dark suit, similar to a racing swimsuit, with matching gloves and boots. Mitsuari Ayus character design was initially intended for Shokuhou Misaki, with some alterations made due to her psychotic yandere tendencies.
