Joshua L. Balboa  

Joshua L. Balboa, a former member of Yiettas military, serves as the navigator aboard the Cha-Cha Maru. He is known for his pragmatic approach and love for fun, which often leads him to question others' decisions due to his military background. This trait caused an argument with fellow crewmember Mikhail. Despite this, Balboa proves to be a valuable asset when things get tough, as he supports Tita and rescues the captain and Elysse when she is injured by Guizel's rogue faction. In addition to being an excellent navigator, Balboa also has tactical skills thanks to his military experience. This makes him useful in defending the Cha-Cha Maru against torpedoes and underwater lasers during battles with Guizel, who uses the Gravity Defusion Array against the artificial colony on Yietta.
