Arisa is a nursery worker who loves children, as evidenced by her sweet disposition and teacher-like attitude towards them. She carries this demeanor over to how she treats her Producer and even extends it when working with other younger idols, preferring not to destroy the illusion of Usako-chan being alive. Although Arisa is rarely seen without her rabbit puppet, she has started appearing on some cards without it. Her verbal tic "Usa" emphasizes what she's talking about and she uses ventriloquism to make it seem like her bunny puppet is saying it. In Cinderella Girls Gekijou skits, Arisa is portrayed as a friendly young woman who works with children using a hand puppet named Usako. She gives lessons to the younger idols and tries to reach beyond their expectations. When older idols go on a drinking spree, she takes care of them but requires help from Sarina Matsumoto when she becomes soused. Arisa is noted by Reiko Takahashi to have both mental and physical capabilities of both a child and adult. The oldest idol states that her state of being is too vast to comprehend.
