The Death Scythe in charge of Europe is named Justin. He wears priestly garb and earphones while performing his duties as a Shinigami. At the young age of thirteen, he became the youngest person to ever become a Death Scythe without any assistance from a partner. His weapon form is a guillotine, which perfectly suits his title as an "executioner". Although Justin has the ability to read lips, he cannot understand the Shinigami due to their constant use of earphones and masks. He often prays and thanks God for everything, and speaks loudly because of his headphones. Justin travels by means of a dune buggy with a coffin on wheels attached to it. In the manga, he is depicted with blonde hair and a tonsure cut hairstyle, which is commonly worn by monks from European temples.
