The Bakabon family's peculiar neighbor, known as Rerere for his habit of saying "Rerere" instead of "Are" when unsure about the numerous antics in the series. He is usually seen sweeping the street outside of his home. He has a bald head, a mustache but no nose, ears that protrude slightly from his skull, and wears a yukata and geta sandals.
