General White

General white is an over-reactive russian commander who leads muscle tower, the red ribbon army's northern fortress. he is the oldest known officer and has a reputation for being observant and quick at drawing conclusions. despite his lack of strategic skills, he was the first to discover goku's primary weakness: his tail. general white spends most of his time smoking a pipe or taking sips from his flask while yelling or laughing uncontrollably. he is easily irritated but also surprisingly complimentary, congratulating goku on reaching the sixth floor and praising ninja murasaki for her job well done. as goku and android 8 reach the final level of muscle tower, which happens to be general whites level, they engage in a fight with him. although goku is much stronger than general white, he threatens to kill the village chief if android 8 does not comply with his demand to kill goku. in response, android 8 punches general white out of muscle tower and flies off into the mountains, never to be seen or heard from again.
