As a young nobleman, Regis K. Landegre is highly regarded for his elegance and takes great pride in maintaining manners and honor. Along with Seira, he investigates the possibility of an infected/mutant among humans. When Ikhan first encounters him, Regis' short stature excites him because it makes them roughly the same size. Despite this, Regis does not seem to be bothered by his height, whereas Ikhan has always felt self-conscious about it.
