Shark is a genetically modified human who served as part of the DA-5 team, an elite group within the Union led by Krantz. As a member of this unit, he was trained for close-quarters combat on a massive scale and took great pleasure in killing his enemies. It's later revealed that Shark had killed all individuals that Takeo had made contact with during previous missions, under the orders of Krantz. Despite being an experiment, Shark is known to be cruel, heartless, and highly amused by violence. He has a haughty nature and can easily become provoked, making him detested by other members such as Tao and Takeo. In terms of combat, Shark specializes in short-range attacks using weapons like small daggers and throwing knives to dismember his enemies.
