Ayako was born on June 10th, 2080. She is Kuroba Mitsugu's daughter and Yotsuba Maya's cousin. The Kuroba Family manages the Yotsuba Family's Intelligence. Ayako often acts as a representative of the Yotsuba Family in various situations. Additionally, she is related to the Shiba siblings through her father. She has a twin brother named Fumiya who is also a candidate for the position of head of the Yotsuba family, along with Miyuki. Ayako's attire was described as being adorned with ribbons, trims, and decorative buttons. Her socks had ruffles with ribbons on them, and her hair was arranged in curls with a fringe added to her hairband. Ayako is known for having a strong affection towards Tatsuya despite his position within the family.
