Hyogo Kaburagi

Hyogo Kaburagi is an officer from the Department of Public Security responsible for monitoring supernatural activities such as demon slayers and Ayakashi. Initially, he was assigned to Kuesu with the task of concealing any actions related to these supernatural beings. Later, he approached Yuto to inform him about a cannibalistic Ayakashi and to enlist his help in their department. Kaburagi also emphasized that if humans and Ayakashi were to coexist peacefully, a king was necessary to maintain order. He struck a deal with Shuten-douji and Tama, allowing them to proceed with their plan, but on the condition that they did not harm any humans. However, this agreement was broken when Shuten-douji injured him.
