Carrie  

Carrie is an accomplice in the kidnapping of Chelsea and George Grimwood, along with Semmerling and Hicks. She was also involved romantically with Semmerling, although their relationship was abusive at times. In the end, after Semmerling's death, Carrie attempts to seek revenge against Bean Bandit and Rally Vincent for being framed in the kidnapping case. Despite her efforts, she is ultimately overpowered by Bean and left unharmed.
