Doga Kobo, Inc. is a Japanese animation studio founded in 1973 by Hideo Furusawa and Megumu Ishiguro in Nerima, Tokyo. They have produced numerous anime over the years, including adaptations of Koihime Musō and YuruYuri, which gained significant commercial success. While many of their works are associated with moe or yuri genres, they also produce traditional romantic shows like Monthly Girls' Nozaki-kun, Plastic Memories, Tada Never Falls in Love, slice of life comedy series such as Gabriel DropOut and Himouto! Umaru-chan, and more recently gained popularity for their adaptation of Oshi no Ko, a manga series written by Aka Akasaka and illustrated by Mengo Yokoyari.
