Ryōsei Tanaka, Yoshihiko Aramaki star
On Wednesday, a site was launched that unveiled the stage version of Eko Mikawa's Oblivion Battery manga series called Butai: Bōkyaku Battery (Stage: Oblivion Battery). This production will take place in Tokyo and Osaka in October. Along with this announcement, the site shared the teaser visual, cast list, and staff information for the show.
In the theater production, Ryōsei Tanaka, who has previously acted in Tokyo Revengers and Mob Psycho 100 stage shows, will portray Haruka Kiyomine. Meanwhile, Yoshihiko Aramaki will take on the role of Kei Kaname.
Akira Yamazaki is both writing and directing the stage play for Hunter X Hunter and Bocchi the Rock!
Haruka is a talented pitcher who has been hailed as perfect in baseball. Kei is a skilled catcher who is known by his nickname "General." They were unbeatable in junior high school, where they crushed other players' dreams. Now, they are enrolled at Kotesashi High School in Tokyo, where they encounter other players who have given up on baseball due to their previous defeats.
Mikawa launched ( link ) In April 2018, the manga available on the Shonen Jump+ website will have its 21st compiled book volume published by Shueisha on April 4th.
In Japan, the first season of the anime version of the manga was released in April 2024. Crunchyroll made it available for streaming as it was being broadcasted there. Toshiki Masuda played Haruka Kiyomine while Mamoru Miyano voiced Kei Kaname. There will be another season of this anime series.
In October 2020, an anime adaptation of a manga was released as part of "Jump Special Anime Festa 2020" by MAPPA. Kei was portrayed by Miyano in this event anime.
