Mnaga will have compiled book volume
On Monday, the final chapter of Akane Shimizu's Yellow Flame manga miniseries was released in the May issue of Kodansha's Good! Afternoon magazine. Additionally, it was announced that the manga will be compiled into a book volume.
On January 7th at 2 PM, Good! Afternoon published a new manga series with themes of special abilities, China, and high-energy action scenes.
In March 2015, Kodansha published the first volume of the popular manga series "Cells at Work!" in their monthly magazine "Monthly Shonen Sirius." This series ended on January 2021. Kodansha USA Publishing has announced plans to release this manga series in English for readers outside of Japan.
In July 2018, the initial adaptation of the original manga as an anime series was introduced. Then, in January 2021, both the second season of this series and the anime version of the Cells at Work! Code Black spinoff manga were released simultaneously.
Kodansha USA Publishing will release several spinoff mangas of Cells at Work! in English, including Cells at Work! Bacteria!, Cells at Work! Neo Bacteria!, Cells at Work! White Brigade, Cells at Work! Baby, Cells NOT at Work!, Cells at Work! Code Black, Cells at Work! Friends!, Cells at Work! Lady, and Cells at Work! Platelets!
There are several variations of Cells at Work! that have been created by different authors, including Kae Hashimoto with Hataraku Saibō Illegal (also known as Cells at Work! Illegal), Yū Maeda with Hataraku Saibō Muscle (also known as Cells at Work! Muscle), Choko Aozora and Meku Kaire with Hataraku Saibō Neko (also known as Cells at Work! Cat), and Koma Warita and Ryō Kuji with Hataraku Saibō Okusuri (also known as Cells at Work! Medicine).
In Japan on December 13th, a live-action movie was released that combines the stories of both Cells at Work! manga and Cells at Work! Code Black. This film is based on the popular manga series.
