On Wednesday, the official website for the Girls Band Cry anime announced the return of its cast and crew, as well as released the key visual and teaser trailer for Seishun Kyōsōkyoku (Rhapsody of Youth) and Naa, Mirai. (Hey, Future).

Toei Animation has announced that Kazuo Sakai will direct the compilation films for the popular anime series "Love Live! Sunshine!!". Jukki Hanada will write the scripts for these films, while nari Teshima will design the characters once again. Kenji Tamai will serve as both the insert song arranger for the series and its music producer for the films. Yūsuke Tanaka will return as the background music composer for these films. Additionally, Jae Hoon Jung will return along with new CGi director Daiki Nakazawa. Toei Animation will be distributing these compilation films.

The main character drops out of high school in her second year, and aims at entering a university while working alone in Tokyo. A girl is betrayed by her friends and doesn't know what to do. Another girl is abandoned by her parents, and tries to survive in the city by doing part-time jobs. This world lets us down all the time. Nothing goes as planned. But we want something that we can continue to like. We believe there's a place where we belong. That's why we sing.
In April 2024, a TV anime was launched and it ran for 13 episodes. Toei Animation released the English version of the anime in North America on August 13. Crunchyroll began streaming the series on November 6.
Last July, it was revealed that Mirei and Natsu had to take a temporary break from their work because of health issues. Meanwhile, Rina, Yuri, and Syuri will carry on with their performances.
