The streaming of the third promotional video of the game based on Natsume Yūjin-Chō Hazuki no Shirushi (Natsume's Book of Friends : August Chronicle) began on Thursday. This game is the first ever created from Yuki Midorikawa 's popular manga series Natsume Yūjin-Chō . In this game, players will experience the original story with five different endings, special events that occur when players give gifts to others, and mini-games that they can play with Nyanko-sensei.

The seventh season of the anime series began airing on TV Tokyo and its affiliate stations on October 7th, while it premiered on AT-X on October 8th. Natsume's Book of Friends manga was first published in DX magazine in June 2003. However, it has been running in LaLa since 2007. Viz Media is currently releasing the series in English.
