Release will be 1st English release for High School! Kimengumi school gag comedy anime
On Saturday, REMOW declared that they will be launching the High School! Kimengumi anime along with My Little Monster anime with English subtitles in the U.S. and Canada through their It's Anime YouTube channel. This will be the first time the High School! Kimengumi anime will be available in English. Although they mentioned "coming soon," they have not yet released the anime at this time.
On Saturday, the initial installment of My Little Monster was introduced, and you can find its accompanying soundtrack here. ( link ) . New episodes will stream on Saturdays.
The animated series "High School!" was broadcasted for 86 episodes from 1985 to 1987.
Hiroshi Fukutomi directed it, while
Hatsuki Tsuji and Hiroshi Kanazawa designed its characters. Shunsuke Kikuchi composed its music. Notable voice actors who starred in this series include
Issei Futamata,
Kaneto Shiozawa, Miki Takahashi,
Naoki Tatsuta,
Naoko Matsui,
Shigeru Chiba, and Tesshō Genda.
This anime revolves around a group of five distinct pupils who become friends with the most adorable girl in school.
The anime is based on
Motoei Shinzawa 's manga, which ran from 1982 to 1987 in
Shueisha 's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine.
The television anime series "
My Little Monster" was created from Robico's manga of the same name. It was launched in Japan in 2012 and was streamed on
Crunchyroll as it was released. NIS America licensed and distributed the anime on Blu-ray Disc and DVD in 2015. In 2021,
Sentai Filmworks acquired the anime license.
In 2008, Robico started publishing the manga series "Dessert" which ended in 2013. Kodansha Comics released an English version of the manga. Additionally, this popular series inspired a live-action film adaptation that debuted in April 2018.
It's Anime has begun streaming the
Kochikame anime with English subtitles for viewers in the U.S. and Canada on Friday. They plan on releasing all episodes of the series which was previously unavailable in English on their YouTube channel.
