Independent animators are using innovative techniques and storytelling methods to produce some of the most unique and visually stunning animations available.

From clay animations depicting poetic narratives to vividly colored pointillist landscapes, these films offer something for everyone. One of them is a candid documentary about menstrual cycles while another is an absurdist conspiracy thriller featuring small people wearing hats.
