Tapas, Kickstarter Launch 'Daydreaming' Comic Contest With Cash Prizes, Print Collection

In collaboration with Kickstarter, Tapas Entertainment is hosting a worldwide short comic competition under the theme "Daydreaming." Entries can be submitted from June 3rd to August 17th through their Community Platform.
An international competition is seeking submissions from comic creators globally for brief stories based on a specific theme. Five winners will be chosen by judges from Tapas and Kickstarter, who will receive cash rewards, including US$3,000 for first place. Additionally, the top ten finalists will be included in a limited-edition print collection that will be featured in a Kickstarter campaign led by Tapas in October. If successful, all finalists will receive a share of the campaign's profits without any costs or fulfillment responsibilities.
Isabell Castro, Director of Community at Tapas, stated that they aim for the "Daydreaming" theme to spark original and creative narratives. She expressed excitement for finalists who will participate in a Kickstarter campaign with complete backing from Tapas.
