Film compiles the first three TV episodes of DAN DA DAN's forthcoming second TV season

Image from Anime Limited press release The TV broadcast of the second season of "DAN DA DAN," a paranormal mystery battle & romantic comedy manga by Yukinobu Tatsu, will start on July 3 on MBS and TBS as part of their "Super Animeism Turbo" block. Crunchyroll will also provide online streaming of the series as it is being shown on TV.
According to Science SARU, both Fūga Yamashiro and Abel Góngora have been credited as directors for the upcoming season of the show. Additionally, the show will feature a returning cast of characters. Mutsumi Tamura will portray Evil Eye (Jashi) in this new season.
In Japan, the initial release of the anime occurred on October 3rd during the Super Animeism TURBO block on both TBS and MBS. Additionally, Netflix made it available globally on the same day. Furthermore, Crunchyroll also streamed the series. There were a total of 12 episodes in the first season.
The anime "Tatami Time Machine Blues" was directed by Fūga Yamashiro at Science SARU. Hiroshi Seko, who has worked on "Attack on Titan," "Chainsaw Man," "Jujutsu Kaisen," "Mob Psycho 100," and other series, supervised and wrote the scripts for "Tatami Time Machine Blues." Kensuke Ushio, known for his work on "Chainsaw Man," "DEVILMAN crybaby," and "Liz and the Blue Bird," composed the music for the series. Naoyuki Onda designed the characters for "Tatami Time Machine Blues," while Yoshimichi Kameda designed the aliens and supernatural entities in the series. "Otokone" by Creepy Nuts served as the opening theme song for "Tatami Time Machine Blues," while ZUTOMAYO performed "TAIDADA" as the ending theme song for the series.
This is a story about Momo, a high school girl who comes from a family of spirit mediums, and her classmate Okarun, an occult fanatic. After Momo rescues Okarun from being bullied, they begin talking. However, an argument ensues between them since Momo believes in ghosts but denies aliens exist, and Okarun believes in aliens but denies ghosts exist.
In order to demonstrate their beliefs, Momo visits an abandoned hospital with a reported UFO sighting while Okarun explores a haunted tunnel. They are both astonished by the intense paranormal occurrences that surpass their understanding. As fate would have it, Momo discovers her latent abilities while Okarun gains the power of a curse to combat these new threats! Furthermore, their romantic relationship blossoms during these trying times.

Tatsu is currently publishing the manga series "One Piece" through Shueisha's "Shonen Jump+" digital platform. On April 4th, they released their 19th compiled book volume. Meanwhile, Viz Media has been publishing this same series in English and released their 12th volume on April 1st. Additionally, both Viz Media and Shueisha's "MANGA Plus" service offer digital versions of "One Piece" in English.
