Kaida plays youngest offspring of Macaques' royal family




On Tuesday, it was announced that Yūko Kaida has joined the cast of the TV anime adaptation of Tsukasa Tanimai's Teogonia light novel series as Zeiena, who is the youngest member of the Macaques royal family.

The announcement also showed a visual for the evil god Diabo (seen below).

The anime show premiered on April 11th on three different channels in Japan - Tokyo MX, Sun TV, and BS11. Additionally, it is being streamed live in Japan on ABEMA starting from April 12th at midnight. Crunchyroll is currently streaming the anime as it airs, as well as providing an English dubbed version for viewers outside of Japan.


It has been announced that Kunihiro Mori is directing the anime at Asahi Production. Tomoyasu Okubo is responsible for writing the series scripts. Kōichirō Kawano is designing the characters, while Kenji Fujisawa is composing the music for the project. WOWMAX is producing it, and STU48 is performing the ending theme song "Tsuki to Boku to Atarashii Jibun" (The Moon, Me, and My New Self).

It's a time of warfare where relentless battles continue between human and demi-human tribes like the Ash

Kai, a boy from the village of Rag, spends his days immersed in battle to protect his village.

The story is about a young boy who faces challenges in a tough environment as he grows and develops.

In August 2017, Tanimai introduced a web novel titled "Shōsetsuka ni Narō" (Let's Become Novelists) on their website. Since then, they have released several updates until October 2023. Shufu to Seikatsusha has been publishing the series in book form under their Pash! Books label with illustrations by Kōichirō Kawano. They released the third volume in June 2019. Additionally, PASH! Bunko started releasing paperback versions of the novels in April 2023.

Shunsuke Aoyama launched a manga adaptation on the Pash Up! website ( link ) in 2018. Shufu to Seikatsusha released the 13th compiled book volume on April 4.
