Osananajimi to wa LoveCom ni Naranai TV Anime Casts Rin Kusumi
Kusumi to voice Shio Minamo, one of protagonist's childhood friends
On Tuesday, the official website for the TV anime version of Shinya Misu's manga "Osananajimi to wa LoveCom ni Naranai" (I'll Never Have a Romantic Comedy with My Childhood Friend) released a new teaser image featuring character Shio Minamo and announced that Rin Kusumi will voice her in the anime.
As Shio Minamo, Rin Kusumi is one of Eiyū's childhood friends who is well-liked at school due to her carefree demeanor. She strives for Eiyū to see her as a girl rather than just a friend. 
In 2026, an anime production by CyberAgent will be released, with Tezuka Productions handling the animation.
The manga centers on Eiyū, a high school boy whose two childhood friends, Shio and Akari, also go to the same school as him. He has now started looking at them with both romantic and lustful eyes, though he knows that they have no interest in him, which causes him no end of worrying. However, Shio and Akari have their own secrets.
Misu launched ( link ) In March 2022, on the Kodansha Magazine Pocket website, there was a manga published by Kodansha. On June 9th, they released its 16th compiled book volume.
