'With Vengeance, Sincerely, Your Broken Saintess' Light Anime Streams in India

Light anime based on SORAJIMA, Aminohada's vertical-scrolling webtoon streams on Ani-One India YouTube channel, Amazon Prime Video's Anime Times channel

On July 10th, both the Ani-One India YouTube channel and Amazon Prime Video's Anime Times channel started streaming the light anime adaptation of SORAJIMA and Aminohada's With Vengeance, Sincerely, Your Broken Saintess ( Kizu Darake Seijo Yori Hōfuku wo Komete ).

The anime will be premiering on TV Tokyo on July 9th at midnight (July 10th in Japan), while also being shown on CBC TV starting from July 12th. It is currently streaming in Japan across multiple platforms such as d Anime Store, Prime Video, ABEMA, U-NEXT, among others.

Ani-One Asia describes the anime:

Rua, a Saint candidate with healing powers, suffers each time she heals—taking the pain into her own body. Mocked as the "Defective Saint," she was only ever defended by her friend Ariane… until Ariane's hidden darkness breaks her trust. Rua vows never to heal again. Then, Second Prince Swen appears with an offer: “Let's take revenge together.” Unleashing a secret power, Rua begins a new life—not as a Saint, but as a Villainess.

At IMAGICA Infos/Imageworks Studio, Chisaki is in charge of directing the anime. Yūichi Imaizumi is responsible for the sound direction. Hiroki Nozaki and Airi Kobayashi are in charge of sound effects. Onoken is composing the music for the project. Kazuya Takahashi is overseeing the production process.

DiZZY is the opening theme song performed by Washio Reina, while Abyss is the ending theme song sung by Nonpy.

In Japan the ongoing webtoon runs ( link ) on comico. Pocket Comics releases ( link ) In August 2022, the series was launched and then later released in English in October 2022 by both Manta and Tappytoon.

Anime with a lighter art style typically require less resources for creation, hence reducing both time and expenses in production. Examples of such anime include Lockdown Zone: Level X, Maarui Kanojo to Zannen na Kareshi, and Moriarty's Perfect Crime from Animation ID.
