On Friday, it was announced by the official accounts of Comptiq magazine from Kadokawa and Type-Moon Comic Ace that there will be a manga adaptation of Fate/Samurai Remnant, an action role-playing game developed by Koei Tecmo. Mugetsu will be drawing the manga, and both Type-Moon and Koei Tecmo Games are credited as creators of the original work.

On September 28, 2023, the game was released in Japan. On September 29, it was made available globally. Players can access it on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, PC via Steam, and Nintendo Switch. Type-Moon is overseeing the project, while Aniplex is working on its production.
Rei Wataru is the artist responsible for designing characters in Fate/Grand Order -Epic of Remnant- Pseudo-Singularity III, which features Miyamoto Musashi as its central character. Hikaru Sakurai, who has written scenarios for both Steampunk visual novel series and Tokyo Babel, supervised the game's story. CloverWorks animated the intro video of the game.
Mugetsu drew the two-volume Sword Art Online: Progressive - Canon of the Golden Rule manga, which was serialized on Kadokawa 's Dengeki G's Comic web magazine from March 2021 to April 2022. Yen Press published the manga in English.
