Guilty Gear -Strive- Game's New Trailers Reveal Lucy DLC's August 21 Launch, 2.00 Update
Cyberpunk: Edgerunners characters joins roster
On Sunday, Arc System Works unveiled a new trailer for Lucy from Cyberpunk: Edgerunners as part of their DLC character reveal for Guilty Gear -Strive-. Additionally, they announced that the DLC would be available on August 21st. Furthermore, they hinted at a future update called 2.00 which will be released in 2026.

Season 4 of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners was released in July. It includes new playable characters such as Lucy and Unika, as well as returning characters like Dizzy and Venom. Queen Dizzy was introduced on October 31st. Venom was added later on March 24th after being initially planned for an early 2025 release window but experiencing delays.
In June 2021, the game was released on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC. Later on, in March 2023, Arc System Works made it available on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox Game Pass, and PC via Game Pass.
Guilty Gear Strive: Nintendo Switch Edition launched on January 23.
Daisuke Ishiwatari and Akira Katano are in charge of directing the game. The initial lineup of characters includes Sol Badguy, Ky Kiske, May, Axl Low, Chipp Zanuff, Potemkin, Faust, Millia Rage, Zato-1, Ramlethal, Leo Whitefang, Nagoriyuki, Giovanna, Anji, and I-NO.
In Season 1, there are five extra characters with five different color options each. Additionally, there are two new stages and a separate storyline. For Season 2, there are four playable DLC characters, two new battle stages, and another color pack. Season 3 was released in August 2023 and included Johnny, Elphelt, A.B.A., and Slayer as DLC characters.
The Guilty Gear Strive: Dual Rulers TV series premiered in Japan on April 5th. Crunchyroll is currently streaming it online.
