On Tuesday, Fehu Kazuno ' s : World Conquest Starts with the Civilization of Ruin ( Isekai Mokushiroku Mynoghra: Hametsu no Bunmei de Hajimeru Sekai Seifuku ) was promoted through a third video stream by Happinet. This clip offered a glimpse into the second half of the anime adaptation of the isekai fantasy light novel series by Kazuno.

In Japan, the anime started broadcasting on July 6th through Tokyo MX, as well as being available for purchase on the d Anime Store and U-NEXT streaming platforms. Crunchyroll is also currently streaming it as it airs in real-time.

Yūji Yanase ( If It’s for My Daughter, I’d Even Defeat a Demon Lord , By the Grace of the Gods , I’ll Become a Villainess Who Goes Down in History ) is directing the anime at Maho Film . Yuka Yamada ( By the Grace of the Gods season 2) and Kunihiko Okada ( By the Grace of the Gods season 2) are in charge of the series scripts. Kaho Deguchi ( By the Grace of the Gods ) is the main character designer and chief animation director, while Eri Kojima and Manami Inose are the sub-character designers.

Yuki Shimizu is responsible for choosing colors in the artwork, Yuki Sakai oversees the overall design of the artwork, Yukina Nomura manages photography in the compositing process, Masanori Tsuchiya directs sound in the production, Kujira Yumemi and Midori Narikiyo create the music for the project, and Lantis produces the music for the project.

Rico Sasaki , who also voices the character Emle, performs the opening theme song "Majestic Catastrophe," and Takuma Terashima performs the ending theme song "more than W."

Cross Infinite World publishes the series in English and describes the story:

In 2017, Kazuno started publishing his novel series on the website Shōsetsuka ni Narō (Let's Become Novelists). Micro Magazine later published the light novels with illustrations by Jun, releasing the eighth volume in June 2021. Cross Infinite World licensed the series for digital publication in March 2021. Additionally, a manga adaptation of the series was drawn by Yasaiko Midorihana in 2020, with Kadokawa publishing the sixth compiled book volume in December 2020. Finally, Yen Press licensed the manga and released the fourth volume in August 2021.
