Main staff returns with new musical composers




On Sunday, a teaser video was released for the second season of the TV anime adaptation of Higeki no Genkyō to naru Saikyō Gedō Last Boss Joō wa Min no tame ni Tsukushimasu. It included character visuals (specifically Pride at age 16) as well as information about the show's staff and premiere date in April.

In the upcoming season of "Kami-sama Minarai: Himitsu no Cocotama," director Norio Nitta will return from season one at OLM Team Yoshioka. Meanwhile, Deko Akao will continue as the series scriptwriter, while Hitomi Kōno will return as character designer. Composers Hanae Nakamura, Tatsuhiko Saiki, Kanade Sakuma, and Junko Nakajima will collaborate with Misaki Tsuchida, Tsugumi Tanaka, and Kaho Sawada on the music for this season.

In Japan, the anime was broadcast on television in July 2023. It was then licensed by Sentai Filmworks for streaming on HIDIVE during its Japanese airing. Afterward, Sentai Filmworks released the anime on Blu-ray Disc in October 2024.

Seven Seas Entertainment has made available both the English translations of the original light novels and their manga adaptations for readers.

Akiko Kawano has released her manga adaptation of the novels titled "The Most Heretical Last Boss Queen" (Higeki no Genkyō to naru Saikyō Gedō Last Boss Joō wa Min no tame ni Tsukushimasu). ( link ) In June 2023, Monthly Comic Zero-Sum will publish its latest issue of Ichijinsha's manga series titled "The Savior's Pride". This manga was relaunched earlier this year on March 28 with a new arc and title "Higeki no Genkyō to naru Saikyō Gedō Last Boss Joō wa Min no tame ni Tsukushimasu".
