Cast returns from season 1

On Tuesday, Crunchyroll announced that they would start streaming the English dubbed version of Kakuriyo Yadomeshi Ni (Kakuriyo -Bed & Breakfast for Spirits- 2), which is based on the second season of the television anime of the light novel series by Midori Yūma and Laruha, titled Kakuriyo Yadomeshi (Afterlife Inn Cooking), on Wednesday.
The English cast, which features returning members, includes:

- Morgan Lauré as Oryo
- Stephen Fu as Ginji
- Daman Mills as Ranmaru

- Ricco Fajardo as Hatori
- Kyle Igneczi as Chiaki
The individuals responsible for various aspects of the dubbing process are as follows: Jonathan Rigg is in charge of directing it, Samantha Herek handles the adaptation, Nathanael Harrison takes care of mixing it, and Zachary Davis looks after engineering it.
The anime started airing on Tokyo MX on October 1st. In North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, CIS, and India, the second season is currently streaming on Crunchyroll.
Toyama sings both the anime's opening theme tune, titled "Toryanse," and its ending tune, known as "Namida no Recipe" (The Recipe for Tears). Additionally, Toyama provides the voice for the show's main character, Aoi.
Studio GONZO is directing the new season of "The Brilliant Healer's New Life in the Shadows," which is being produced by Makaria as well. Tomoko Konparu is returning as scriptwriter and director for this season. Hidemi Katsura is the new character designer, while Noriyo Gōroku is now responsible for art setting and initial color-check art boards. Yi Nong Chen is the compositing director of photography for this season, with Satoshi Motoyama directing sound. Takurō Iga is returning as composer for this season, working with Flying Dog on the music.
In 2018, the initial season of the anime was launched on Crunchyroll while it was being broadcasted live in Japan. Additionally, Funimation provided both subtitles and dubbed versions of the series on their platform. Furthermore, they released physical copies of the series for home viewing in 2019.
The anime revolves around a young woman named Aoi, who possesses the gift of seeing spirits from her deceased grandfather. She takes pride in her culinary skills. While preparing food for some agricultural spirits, she is unexpectedly taken away by a god and the proprietor of Tenjin-ya inn. He reveals that her grandfather owes him a debt, so she must become his bride. However, Aoi strongly opposes this arrangement and decides instead to repay her grandfather's debt through working at Tenjin-ya.
In 2015, Kadokawa released Yūma's new series under their Fujimi L Bunko imprint. On Wednesday, they published the 13th volume of that series.
In January 2023, the manga version of the novels from Kodansha 's Monthly Shonen Sirius magazine was released by Tsugaru Toba. On July 30, Kodansha published the ninth volume of this manga series.
The novels have a separate ongoing manga adaptation by Waco Ioka , which launched ( link ) In April 2016, Kadokawa published the manga in its B's-LOG COMIC magazine and on its website. In November 2024, they released its 11th volume. Viz Media has acquired the rights to publish the manga under the title "Kakuriyo -Bed & Breakfast for Spirits-". They released the 10th volume on March 11.
