Kano shinichi is an otaku who comes from a family of artists in the eroge industry. he has extensive knowledge about moe products such as manga, anime, games, light novels, and figures. one day, he gets transported to a fantasy world where elves and dragons live. instead of fighting monsters or going on quests, his task is to promote cultural exchange by becoming a "moe missionary" in this new realm. he meets a palace guard who enjoys fujoshi content, a half-elf maid, and an empress who's only seven years old. kano decides to establish a school as a way to introduce moe culture to the people of this world. initially, it's all fun and games, but soon he faces challenges such as discrimination against elves, social issues, conflicts with neighboring countries, sabotage from opposition groups including the japanese government, and more. despite these obstacles, kano strives to bring moe culture to this fantasy world while also helping its people overcome their problems.
