In 20XX, New York City is experiencing frequent terrorist attacks in public areas. The police department is struggling to identify and apprehend the perpetrator, who remains at large. Unfortunately, the only witness to the crime died, leaving no useful clues for the investigation. As a result, the police are turning to JoJo Schmit of EPIA, a section that specializes in ESP-related phenomena, for assistance.
