Kirara, a young girl with aspirations of becoming an exceptional edomae-style sushi chef, initially faced opposition from her grandfather. despite this setback, she was determined to hone her skills and prove herself in the world of sushi. her journey began at a renowned ginza sushi restaurant where she was disappointed by the taste of the sushi. driven by her passion for sushi, kirara challenged the chef there and emerged victorious. with her newfound confidence, she shared her triumph with her grandfather who, moved by her determination, granted her his blessings to continue her training under other masters in the field.
