Shaman's Sanctuary: Miko no Seiiki

After World War II, Japan made religion a compulsory aspect of education in order to help those who had been wounded emotionally. As a result, decades later, the country was 99% religious with numerous different religions. However, some of these religions caused issues due to their illegal recruitment of followers. In response, the government decided to unite all the religions by selecting the "god amongst gods." Itsuki possessed the ability to heal injured individuals and his childhood friend Mizuno, who had been saved by him in the past, convinced him to join the fight. During the battle, Itsuki summoned protection mikos to combat with mikos from other religions. However, there was an unusual side effect where he experienced sexual arousal when using his powers.
