The leader of the Iwashi family's mafia is a young woman named Konomi Minoko, despite her appearance. She has experienced things that most people can only dream about. Under her command are two highly skilled assassins who have gained notoriety for their deadly abilities and versatility in completing tasks. Rushia Ishikawa, known as Bullet, uses a modified handgun with hollow-point bullets that explode from the inside upon impact. Marin Shirato, also known as Francesca, wields an original weapon that combines elements of throwing axes and battle axes. Both are classmates of Konomi's at high school and appear to be typical teenagers but are among the most feared killers in the criminal underworld, often working with other assassins and underground organizations on dangerous missions.
