There have been multiple instances where individuals have died suddenly due to explosions. Kirisaki Satori has heard information about the perpetrator's identity through telepathy. Despite this, law enforcement officials are skeptical of paranormal abilities and send her to the "Occult Division." This division is led by a 14-year-old named Araya Shiki who believes in Kirisaki Satori's claims. The two must work together to locate the dangerous killer while avoiding his deadly supernatural powers.
