下ネタという概念が存在しない退屈な世界

In this story, after 16 years since the "Law for Public Order and Morals in Healthy Child-Raising" was enacted which prohibited coarse language, Tanukichi Okuma joins the top public morals school in the country. He is later invited to join the Anti-Societal Organization (SOX) by its founder Ayame Kajou. As a member of SOX, Tanukichi is blackmailed into participating in acts of terrorism against Anna, whom he has feelings for.
