Miyoshi Yoshimune moved to Ikebukuro due to his parents' work. While exploring with classmates Mikado, Anri, and Kida, he heard rumors about "The Headless Rider" and "Color Gangs." Pursuing these stories, he became entangled in a conspiracy involving the entire city of Ikebukuro. This is an original character adaptation from the PSP game's focus on new characters.
