Satonaka tamami (tama) has been in love with her childhood friend tsukimori masachika (chika) for 10 years now. she first confessed to him when she was just six but got turned down. chika told her that he might consider if they were in high school! now, after waiting 10 years, tama is finally going to confess to chika and tell her friends about it. however, her friends are worried because chika can be cold and he is a member of the kendo club which forbids its members from any relationships. despite their concerns, tama musters up enough courage to ask chika out. unfortunately, chika turns her down on the spot. but seeing how much she has waited and how much it would have broken his childhood friend's heart, he decides to give her a chance to go out with him but only if they keep their relationship a secret! tama is thrilled about this opportunity but keeping their relationship a secret might not be as easy as she thought.
