Gray Fullbuster embarks on his own journey after his master Ul's death, seeking to explore the world and enhance his abilities. During this quest, he encounters Nano Leaf, a frightened girl being pursued by her captors. They are captured and brought back to Chrono Noise, a dark guild with an evil plan for Nano. To fulfill his desire to see the world and protect Nano, Gray must stop the guild's wicked scheme and rescue her. The tale of Fairy Tail: Ice Trail chronicles Gray's adventures before joining Fairy Tail and details the challenges he overcomes on his path to becoming stronger.
