In a small northern town, an esper named Tsubasa lives in a hot springs town that's on its last legs. He doesn't have many friends and considers his powers to be more of a burden than anything else. Although he can use telekinesis to brush his teeth while getting dressed or read books while drinking tea, most of the time it's easier just to do things with his hands. One day, Tsubasa picks up on the thoughts of a mute girl named Yuki who is being targeted for rape by other delinquents due to her silence. He steps in to help and discovers that he can manipulate her body to fight off her attackers! Yuki concludes that she has superpowers, but since Tsubasa is the only one who knows her secret, their story together is just beginning.
