In Hinamizawa, Keiichi moves to a rural village and joins a club. There, he meets new people and discovers the village's dark secret - Oyashiro-samas curse, which causes one death and disappearance each year. As time goes on, Keiichi realizes that his friends may be involved in this mystery.
