The act of touching or fondling someone without their consent is commonly referred to as chikanya-san, which involves a man attempting to grope a woman while she's riding the train. in this case, we follow two young individuals whose behavior gradually intensifies until they reach an agreement for money in exchange for the man being allowed to continue groping the woman.
